Celia Roberts Tucker grew up in Alabama, and has spent her summers on 30a since her earliest memories. It is truly her home away from home. Her love for fashion and art is something she inherited from her grandmother. Her grandmother was the first women on the board of the Metropolitan Opera in NYC. She lived in the Plaza Hotel every year during opera season and, therefore, had a full opera season wardrobe. It has been said that everyone in the opera house was on the edge of their seats anxiously awaiting her arrival to see what beautiful gowns and jewels she would be wearing that evening. Celia and her sister, Jenny, grew up playing in their grandmother’s huge cedar closet playing “dress up” in these fabulous couture gowns, hats, gloves and jewels. Now in their 30’s, these two girls are still known to put on her vintage gowns and play “dress up” when they get together. Celia and her husband now live on 30a and in Atlanta with their son, Hux.

Cindy Hutchins Krutz grew up in Mississippi and met her husband, Bryan, the first week of college, while attending Ole Miss. With no other plans after graduation, Cindy and Bryan decided to make a fun move to the beach to run a wine bar their family had recently purchased in Rosemary Beach. This experience not only gave Cindy a knowledge of fine wine, but also a taste of running a flourishing retail business. As much as Cindy loved the wine business, she wanted to create something that was her own and her language: fashion! Since they had decided they loved Rosemary and wanted to make it their home, opening the boutique in Rosemary was a perfect fit. Since 2007, Cindy’s life has grown exponentially both personally and professionally. In 2008, Cindy and Bryan welcomed their first child, Barron, and have since welcomed twins, Mae and Walter. Although the only free time Cindy has these days for wine is drinking it, Bryan has expanded his business and is currently running Krutz Family Cellars with his two brothers. Cindy and Bryan have fallen in love with the 30a area and the people who live and visit here and feel so lucky to call it their home.

When Celia and Cindy permanently moved to 30a in 2005, it didn’t take them long to figure out there was no where to shop for their beloved fashion pieces. They chose the exclusive Rosemary Beach as their first location, which they opened in early 2007. Willow in Rosemary is every girl’s dream closet with your favorite designers such as Rebecca Taylor, Tory Burch, Haute Hippie and Vince along with very cool up-and-comers to the industry like India Hicks Jewelry or Ace & Jig. Willow also has an amazing array of one-of-a-kind jewelry, sure to temp and gal’s jewelry box. A couple of years later, they decided to open their second location, Willow + Woods, just down the street in the famous beach town of Seaside. At Willow + Woods you can find the perfect beach chic outfit, shoes and accessories for men and women. Keeping in touch with the hip beach town, Willow + Woods has fabulous beach cover-ups by Roberta Roller Rabbit, Cocobelle sandals, Joie, Jen’s Pirate Booty for women and Billy Reid, Original Penguin, Hudson, AG Denim and Vince for men. They often describe Willow in Rosemary as their heart and Willow + Woods in Seaside as their soul.
