It’s our favorite time of the year and we can hardly wait to gobble down some turkey tomorrow!! This year, we will both be spending Thanksgiving at the beach and that means lots of family and fun all day long. Here are some Thanksgiving appetizers that are easy to make and SOO YUMMY!

 Cindy’s favorite appetizer is Baked zucchini and squash bites!

What you’ll need:

  • Zucchini
  • Squash
  • Sea Salt
  • Course Black Pepper
  • Gruyere Cheese
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Phyllo Pastry Sheets or pre made cups found in freezer isle



To prepare:

Slice squash and zucchini, add olive oil, garlic, sea salt and course black pepper. Bake on 450 for 10 mins. Remove and chop up veggies more. Fill cups and add gruyere on top. Bake for 25 more minutes on 350. Garnish with leftover zucchini and squash!





Celia’s favorite appetizer is smoke salmon with cappers, onions, sour cream and fresh dill! 

What you’ll need:

  • Wild Caught Smoked Salmon (never farm raised)
  • Cappers
  • Diced Onion
  • Sour Cream
  • Fresh Dill
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Sea salt crackers
  • Lemon juice for an extra zing!


To prepare:

Take a cracker, place smoked salmon on top with a dollop of sour cream, onions, cappers and fresh dill. Add lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste. Garnish with lemon and dill to really impress your guests!
