We want you to love what you get from! However, if you don’t, we are happy to accept your return under the following conditions:

Merchandise must be returned within 15 DAYS of you receiving your package.

Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached.

All sale items are FINAL SALE

Shoes must be unworn and returned in original packaging and condition returns are issued in the form of estado ONLINE STORE CREDIT only and credit can only be redeemed on WEARWILLOW.COM (not in our brick and mortar stores)

Refunds are issued via email

Should your item(s) have a defect or damage, you must email us within 24 hours of receiving your package at

We will process your your return order with 48 hours of your return package arriving to us. Please keep in mind that it may take 2-7 days for your package to arrive to us.
